Where do we check-in when we arrive? When you arrive you will come directly to our office to pay the balance of your reservation as well as pick up the keys and property information. You can find the directions to the office on your rental receipt which you received when the deposit was made or on the website under the “More” tab.
What if we are going to arrive after office hours? If you are going to arrive late please call and let us know. We can arrange to take payment over the phone or meet with you the following day and arrange for you to get in the unit.
What is provided in the unit? The only thing you should need to bring is your food and clothes. We provide all linens, fully stocked kitchens, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, hand soap, bar soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent (not all units have Washers/Dryers or Dishwashers…please see the specific unit for amenities).
Are there coffee pots in the units? All units have 10-cup coffee pots and coffee filters are provided. We do have complimentary coffee for one pot of coffee.
Is there a grocery store in Lake City? Yes, there are two grocery stores in town that have a full line of groceries as well as fresh made sandwiches and other offerings.
Are there outdoor fire pits at the properties? Most properties have outdoor fire pits for your enjoyment. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased at the office. Please obey all fire restrictions if there are any in the area. We will also let you know about any restrictions when you check in.
What do we do with the keys when we leave? Please leave the keys in the unit on the counter or table where our cleaners can find them when you leave. Just lock the door behind you when you go.
