We usually stay at our family’s place when in Lake City but a reunion and 65th wedding anniversary celebration for our parents had many of us scrambling for suitable accommodations . Tannah was super helpful and easy to work with . The double lodge was comfortable , unique and enjoyed by all, especially the backyard space with fire pit , horse shoes, coveted pavilion , disc golf course , and the ping pong table in the garage . The beds were well appointed and the two houses lent themselves to privacy for multiple families. The main negative was the proximity to the highway out front , bringing the constant drone of the ATVs all day ( we personally don’t like them !). We would stay here again if the need arises !

This is our second year staying, we had another great year with our family. The house is well equipped and spacious with an amazing view. We will hopefully be back, and Tannah is super responsive and helpful.

We stayed at Keeping it Reel at Vickers Ranch. Grandkids enjoyed fishing & cards/games every night. We enjoyed shopping in town, the parks, bingo night at the armory, the beach area & cooling off in creek. Kids even played a couple of whiffle ball games at ball field. New activity this year was paddle boarding & kayaking at Lake San Cristobal!! We love Lake City. Hope to be back again next year!!

Tannah was awesome to work with. Anything I needed she got back in a timely matter with the answer. Loved our cabin. Brought two of my daughters and four grandchildren. We all had a blast. Perfect for the seven of us. Looking forward to next year. We will be back. My grandchildren and daughters are excited with the thought of it.

As a wildlife and landscaped photographer Lake City is a wonderful place to vacation. We stayed at the Cool Waters Cabin #7 and it's a perfect little cabin for two of us and our puppy. Sitting on the back porch was the wonderful place to drink our early morning coffee, as we listened to the Lake Fork of the Gunnison flow by. We put up a hummingbird feeder and instantly had customers, haha. Tannah was very helpful if we had any questions and responded quickly. I would highly recommend staying here.

As always the cabin was perfect for us. We love the personal touch with the property management company. We are able to text and receive immediate responses. Tanna is such a pleasure.

We stayed in the Little Bear Cabin. It was perfect for 2 people. It had everything we needed. The views of the Lake were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Best cabin rental in Lake City for large family is Cabina Alta Vita! Gathering spaces inside and out were great for 7 adults and 3 small kids. Very well stocked. We loved sitting on the porches and enjoying views of the lake. Great location for not far from town, close to nearby hikes too. Kids loved exploring the backyard land too and thought it was fun to find a fort. Enjoyed fire pit and hot tub. Beds were all nice and enjoyed having 4 bathrooms. Nice floor plan to spread everyone out. Cute alcoves for the kids to stay in. Had a few toys and board games. Lots of tvs but never watched. Huge laundry room was helpful. Excellent property management and even brought us pack and play. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderfully comfortable house which fit well for our family of 7. It had everything we needed in the way of towels, kitchen amenities and as an extra attraction, games for the kids. We played UNO and regular cards as well as our own games. The location was perfect and we could easily walk to dinner and to the park to hear the music festival, which was the attraction that brought us to Lake City. The fireplace was wonderful and we wished we had more time so we could have sat on the amazing back deck and used the fire pit. We will khopefully be back to the this friendly and beautiful place.

The views from Lakeshore Manor was God’s handy work! So peaceful and surrounded by nature and views that went on and on! Perfect place for a large group. We had 5 couples and it was great not having any bunk beds for us old folks. Kitchen was big and very well stocked. We enjoyed our time there very much!
